This Privacy Policy explains what Steal My Agency LLC, which operates the Pyre AI brand and this website ("Pyre AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects when you visit this website, fill out our form, or book a call with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website (the opt-in page, the form, the booking calendar, the thank-you page, and these legal pages). Visitors typically arrive here from advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms. Our main website and any services delivered under a signed client agreement may be governed by additional terms.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
• Business details: the type of business you run, your approximate monthly revenue, and whether you have a budget available for our services. We ask these so we can tell whether our offer is a fit before you spend time on a call.
• Booking details: the date, time, and time zone of any call you schedule, plus any notes or replies you send us about it.
• Anything else you choose to send us by email, text, or on a call.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how far through the form you get, and the time and date of your visit.
• Campaign data: the advertisement, link, or referring page that brought you here (for example UTM parameters), so we know which ads work.
• Cookies and pixels: see section 4.

We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or health information through this site.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you about the call you requested and to schedule, confirm, remind you of, reschedule, or cancel it.
• To decide whether our services are a fit for your business based on the answers you give.
• To follow up with you by email, text message, or phone about your inquiry and about Pyre AI's services, offers, and content.
• To send you our newsletter and educational emails when you submit the form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising, this website, and our services.
• To keep records we need for legal, security, and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Meta Pixel, cookies, and tracking

This site uses Meta Pixel ID 1089750477128548 (also called the Facebook Pixel) and similar tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and other advertising and analytics providers. These tools let us:

• measure whether people who click our Facebook or Instagram ads visit this page, complete the form, or book a call;
• show our ads to people who have visited this page (sometimes called retargeting or Custom Audiences);
• find new audiences who are similar to the people who book with us; and
• understand and improve the performance of our advertising.

In addition to recording that you viewed a page, we record two events: a Lead event when you complete the form, and a Schedule event when you book a call. These tell us which advertisements produce enquiries. They record that the action happened, not the answers you gave.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop the Pixel from measuring your visit but will not stop you from using this site or submitting the form.

5. Service providers we use

We use trusted companies to run this site and manage your inquiry. They may process your information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide services to us:

• Pyre OS: our own form, CRM, and booking software, which stores your answers and booking and sends our confirmation and reminder emails.
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet): to email you, place your call on our calendar, and host the video call. Zoom may be used for some calls.
• Supabase and Vercel: database and website hosting.
• Twilio and similar messaging carriers: to send text messages you have agreed to receive.
• beehiiv: to deliver our newsletter emails.
• Wistia: to play the videos on this site.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. and other advertising and analytics providers, as described in section 4.
• AI assistants: we may use artificial-intelligence tools to help draft replies, summarize calls, and route your inquiry to the right person. A human on our team remains responsible for decisions about your inquiry.

6. When we share information

Apart from the service providers above, we share personal information only:

• when required by law, subpoena, court order, or a lawful request by a public authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others;
• with a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business; or
• with your consent or at your direction.

7. Email, text messages, and calls

By submitting your phone number you agree that Pyre AI may contact you by phone and by text message (SMS/MMS), including with automated technology, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
• To stop marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To stop calls, tell us on the call or email nathan@pyreai.com.

Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional messages about a call you have booked (for example a confirmation, reminder, or reschedule notice) until that call has happened or been cancelled.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and maintain our business records, and afterwards as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it for legal, billing, or security reasons.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EU, UK, and Swiss residents: we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and marketing our services as the legal bases for processing. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email nathan@pyreai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites and tools such as Facebook, Google Calendar, and Wistia. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
