These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, its form, and its booking calendar, operated by Steal My Agency LLC under the Pyre AI brand ("Pyre AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting this site, submitting the form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

This is a marketing website. It describes Pyre AI's done-for-you service of installing AI systems and AI-trained developers inside a business, and it lets interested business owners apply for and schedule a free strategy call. Visitors typically arrive here from advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms.

2. Information only, not advice

Everything on this site is for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or other professional advice, and it is not a complete description of our services. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any business decision.

3. No client relationship until a written agreement

Visiting this site, submitting the form, or attending a call does not make you a client of Pyre AI and does not create any contractual, fiduciary, or professional relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written services agreement. Pricing, scope, timelines, deliverables, and any guarantee are set out exclusively in that agreement.

4. Results, guarantees, and testimonials

Statements on this site about time saved, payroll reduced, revenue increased, or work automated describe results that specific clients have achieved or that we aim to achieve. They are not a promise that you will achieve the same. Results depend on your business, market, team, existing tools, and the effort you put in, and some businesses achieve no measurable result.

Any statement such as "or you don't pay" is a summary of a performance guarantee that is defined, with its conditions and exclusions, only in the written services agreement. It is not a standalone offer and cannot be relied on except as set out in that agreement. See our Disclaimer for more.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your contact details you expressly agree that Pyre AI and those working on our behalf may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide, by email, phone call, and text message (SMS/MMS), including using automated dialing or messaging technology and pre-recorded messages, about your inquiry and about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing nathan@pyreai.com.

You represent that the phone number and email address you provide are yours and that you are authorized to consent to be contacted at them.

6. Booking a call

Calls are free and are offered at our discretion. When you book, you agree to:

• show up on time at the scheduled time, from a laptop or desktop where possible;
• confirm your attendance when we ask you to; and
• use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email if you cannot attend, rather than simply not showing up.

We may cancel, reschedule, or decline a call at any time, including if your answers indicate that our services are not a fit for your business.

7. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information in the form and to update it if it changes. We may decline to work with anyone who provides false or misleading information.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose; not to submit false, abusive, or fraudulent information; not to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site or its form and booking software; not to interfere with the site's operation or security; and not to use automated tools to submit the form or book calls.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logos, videos, and software on this site belong to Pyre AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the site for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

This site relies on third-party services such as Meta, Google Calendar and Google Meet, Wistia, and messaging carriers, and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyre AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyre AI and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site, the form, the booking calendar, or any information on the site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyre AI from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Steal My Agency LLC maintains its principal place of business in Florida. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
